Risk Of Lost or Stolen Packages
Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you specified at checkout. Please choose a secure location for delivery. Once the package departs our facility with the United States Postal Service, you accept the responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delivered, and you determine it has been damaged, lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the applicable carrier for any damaged and/or lost shipments.
Uniform Bonus ships all orders out as soon as possible via Priority Mail. At times, we will ship Parcel or First Class. We have a large warehouse and fully stocked with all items on our site in all sizes.
You will receive an email notification with the tracking information for your records.
At times, we do experience back orders, which may cause a slight delay. When the delay will be more than 10 days, you will be contacted to discuss your order. When you receive a partial shipment, your Postal Credit Card was only charged for the shipped quantities.
Shoes not stocked in our warehouse will ship directly from the manufacturer and ship within 10 days of the time you place your order.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders will ship FREE but require a $400 or more order but not priority mail due to the high cost of shipping.
